Dr. Praful Bali

Dr. Praful Bali is a highly respected Senior Dental Surgeon, Prosthodontist, and Oral Implantologist with over 25 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He has been practicing at Bali Dental Centers, New Delhi, since 1999 and is internationally recognized for his contributions to implantology and advanced dental education.

He holds B.D.S., M.D.S. (Prosthodontics), a Ph.D. in Integrated Implantology, and advanced implant training from UCLA, USA. He serves as Professor (Overseas – Honorary) at UCAM, Spain, and is the Director of the Centre for Advance Dental Education (CADE), International Centre of Excellence in Dentistry (ICED), and Centre of Dentistry, India (CODI).

Dr. Bali has served as Dental Surgeon to the Hon’ble President of India, Vice President of India, Union Home Minister, and other senior constitutional authorities, reflecting the highest level of professional trust and excellence. He is a Past President of the Indian Dental Association (New Delhi) and Past President & Founder Treasurer of the Academy of Oral Implantology (AOI).

An accomplished academician and author, he has written authoritative textbooks on oral implantology, serves on editorial boards of international journals, and is a keynote speaker at national and international conferences. He is a Fellow and Diplomate of several prestigious global bodies including ICOI (USA), AOI, WCOI (Japan), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy (USA).

Deeply committed to community service, Dr. Bali actively participates in Rotary mobile dental clinics, delivering free dental care to underserved populations. His work continues to shape modern implant dentistry through education, innovation, and ethical clinical practice.
